Contact form information
Information you submit through the contact form is used to reply to your enquiry. Please do not include personal health information in the free-text message. Contact-form values are not sent to Google Analytics.
Optional Google Analytics
On your first visit, Google Analytics loads only after you select “Accept analytics.” If you decline, the Analytics script remains unloaded and website analytics events are not sent.
When accepted, we measure page views and limited website actions: booking, telephone, email and directions clicks, plus successful contact-form submissions. Event data contains only a fixed page or button placement. It does not contain patient names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages, form contents, health information, booking details, search terms, or URL query values.
Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga to distinguish browser sessions. Advertising storage, personalized advertising signals and Google Signals are disabled by this website.
Your analytics choice
Your choice is stored in your browser so the website can remember it. You can reopen the privacy choice at any time. Reopening the choice withdraws analytics permission and removes Analytics cookies that this website can access; analytics remains off unless you accept again.
External booking and map services
Booking links open the Protouch Jane booking website, and directions links open Google Maps. Those external services apply their own privacy and cookie practices after you visit them. This website does not send booking selections or booking details to Google Analytics.
